Bio

My name is Brooks Grigson and I work for Hilton Hotels Corporation in Dallas, TX. My career started in 1997 at i.con interactive a small web agency in Dallas working on websites for the Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars and several other local companies. I moved to Agency.com in 1999 where Land Rover, 3M and others consumed my time until the bubble burst. From there I taught at Baylor University in Waco, TX(yes that Waco) until I returning to Dallas in 2005. My first role with Hilton was as a member of the Web Product Team managing site functionality and SEO. Currently I manage a team responsible for all transaction based emails including reservation confirmations, pre-arrival emails and more.

I am married with two rambunctious kiddos. When possible I put on my gamer hat and enjoy getting crazy on Xbox 360. I’m not necessarily any good, but I do have a blast. The web is my passion and enjoy researching new technology, gadgets and music.
